Nicole Hoopes has recently joined the firm as marketing manager. She is an accomplished marketing professional who provides strategic guidance and leads the firm’s internal marketing initiatives. With a wealth of experience, Nicole works with the various practice groups to ensure that marketing strategies are properly integrated and executed.

Nicole has 20 years of marketing experience, with more than half of that time spent in leadership roles, spearheading the marketing function at several professional services firms. Her strengths include marketing communication and branding, process management, marketing plan development, event management and graphic design of marketing collateral.

Before joining Schultz & Williams, she led marketing efforts at Pine Hill Group. There, she was responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that supported the firm through a strategic growth phase and successfully positioned the firm for sale to private-equity backed national professional services accounting firm, CFGI.

Her efforts at the firm also increased brand awareness and drove marketplace visibility. Under her leadership, the firm successfully developed a new brand, which included a new logo, website and collateral materials. Additionally, she implemented various marketing campaigns to roll out the new brand through various communication platforms and spotlight events.

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She has served on the board of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM), which provides marketing professionals with resources, education, and a global network of connections to succeed in the industry. In addition, she served as a big sister at a local Philadelphia Charter School as part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America program.
