As part of the senior management team at Schultz & Williams, Mike works with our various business lines to ensure we are aligned under one corporate direction.  He provides direct oversight to the administrative, financial, human resources and IT needs of the company.

Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Mike was a personal financial planner at American Express Financial Advisors.  He also worked with high-net-worth investors and as a data analyst at The Vanguard Group, where he aided in the creation and execution of a wide array of market research initiatives, including client feedback, interviews and email surveys.  Upon completing the execution of surveys and the analysis of results, he created comprehensive reports for senior leadership.

Mike began his Schultz & Williams career leading Schultz & Williams’s corporate sales and marketing efforts.  In that role he worked hand-in-hand with the senior team at Schultz & Williams to advance our role in providing nonprofits with the resources and support they need to achieve their goals.  Working with multiple prospective and current clients, Michael oversaw the sales operations for S&W and managed many of the details associated with reviewing RFPs and submitting comprehensive proposals.  He also worked to advance S&W marketing operations and initiatives.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. Joseph’s University and MBA from Villanova University.
