Mary Hackett supports the work of Schultz & Williams’ consultants. By producing a visual depiction of an organization’s philanthropic landscape, consultants can use those insights to create tailored, laser-focused recommendations and strategies. In addition to producing the S&W ProFile™, Mary also helps clients with database audits, data migrations, custom reporting, database set-up, prospect identification and building coding structures. Joining S&W in 2017, Mary’s work with clients include Rock Creek Conservancy, Germantown Friends School, Philadelphia Zoo, Gwynedd Mercy University, The Marlborough School and many others across the country.

Mary has worked in development for the nonprofit sector for more than 17 years, including leadership positions with Humane Society of the United States (D.C.), Swedish Hospital Foundation (Seattle) and Boys & Girls Clubs of King County (Seattle). It was while working in these institutions that Mary learned the value of healthy data and impact of making data-driven decisions.

Mary earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and an M.A. from Gonzaga University. When she is not working, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband Aaron, exploring the West Coast, reading, practicing yoga and hiking.
