Mary Schultz, who joined the Schultz & Williams team in 2001, oversees the planning and implementation of acquisition and donor mailings. She manages all aspects of the list acquisition process, including initial planning with account teams, directing list brokers on campaign agendas, placing all list orders and providing instruction to the merge house to finalize files. Mary also assists in donor campaign planning, creating mail plans that define audience selection and testing strategies.

A key member of S&W’s quality and customer service team, Mary manages the relationship with all list broker and merge house vendors, ensuring that budgets and deadlines are met and that mailings are in accordance with client goals. Mary’s direct mail clients include many zoos across the country, St. Vincent Meals on Wheels in Los Angeles, Cornell Lab of Ornithology and International Campaign for Tibet.

Mary is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
