Kristin Parker Serrano brings 15 years of development, sales, strategic planning and account management experience to the Schultz & Williams Direct team. Kristin works with clients to develop multi-channel direct response programs focused on annual and mid-level giving and on integrating mail, email, web and social media channels.

Kristin’s current client work includes serving as the lead contact for strategy, creative direction, implementation, analysis and reporting for Children’s Mercy Kansas City, Children’s Minnesota, International Campaign for Tibet, UK Markey Cancer Foundation and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Prior to joining S&W, Kristin co-founded kigo, a Philadelphia-based minimalist footwear brand, where she led business development, strategic planning and the philanthropy program. Kristin also served as vice president of development for Junior Achievement of Georgia, a nonprofit focused on economic and entrepreneurship education. For that organization, she drove overall organizational resource development and was specifically accountable for fundraising and marketing strategies to ensure annual multi-million dollar fundraising success.
Kristin graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.A. degree in leadership studies.
