Karly joined S&W’s development team as a Project Manager in 2017. In this role, Karly serves as the point of contact for clients, coordinates the work of S&W consultants and facilitates data analytics and prospect research for projects, as needed. Her current and recent clients include Gesu School, Pope John Paul II High School, Bristol Riverside Theatre and the Salvation Army.

Karly has also served in interim staff positions through S&W StaffSolutions™ for AccessMatters, IECA Foundation and Willistown Conservation Trust. Karly is excited to bring her passion for the nonprofit sector to S&W and to help organizations reach their mission-driven goals.

Prior to joining S&W, Karly worked as an AmeriCorps member at Reading Partners, a national education nonprofit serving low-income students. In her role as regional site coordinator, Karly oversaw the implementation of literacy intervention programs across four sites serving approximately 250 students in New York City.

Karly graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in organizational studies and a minor in Spanish. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in nonprofit leadership at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice.
