As data analyst for Schultz & Williams, Jeff works directly with our multi-channel direct response fundraising team and a wide range of nonprofit clients to provide pre-campaign analysis and segmentation of donor and prospect files as well as post-campaign analyses, reports and recommendations to inform successive fundraising initiatives.
Specifically, Jeff assists in donor acquisition, conversion and retention campaigns by analyzing the raw data from each effort and then shaping it into meaningful, consumable metrics that illuminate each campaign’s performance and provide insights and recommendations for next steps. He also performs master file donor analyses and reports for prospective clients; these are used to guide S&W’s proposed campaign recommendations and services.
Prior to joining S&W, Jeff held positions in data management and back office fundraising support at The American College of Financial Services and at American Red Cross (Southeastern PA Chapter). Previously, he worked at the Zoological Society of Philadelphia, where he fulfilled a data-centric role in the sales and marketing department. His other work experience includes marketing, research analyst and business manager roles at several for-profit companies in Philadelphia, including Rosenbluth International.
Jeff is a graduate of King’s College (Wilkes-Barre, PA), where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
