As part of the Schultz & Williams direct response team, Jean works as a member of the data department, supporting members of the firm’s production and accounts staff. He segments the client data files according to the mail plan outlined by the account teams, assists in maintaining and managing data production schedules and updating each team to any variation in process or timeline. Jean reviews the final design/copy of mail and online campaigns to confirm data accuracy and to ensure that the preferred strategy aligns with data selection.

Jean also formats client files by cleaning and standardizing mailing lists based on postal and/or client requirements, removing duplicates and outdated addresses, and performing merge/purge of duplicates. Jean analyzes client and prospect data files and helps generate campaign package reports for clients to track the recency, frequency, quantity, and results. As a member of the S&W production team, Jean works with all our clients that mail printed appeals.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining S&W, Jean served as an intern for the Committee of Seventy and the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia. He has also worked in the inventory and maintenance department at Presby’s Inspired Life.
