As part of the Schultz & Williams Direct Response team, Jean works closely with members of the firm’s production and accounts staff. He assists in maintaining and managing data production schedules, updating each account team accordingly as to any variation in process or timeline. Jean reviews final design/copy of mail and online campaigns to confirm accuracy of data specifications and ensure that strategy aligns with data selection. He also formats client files by cleaning and standardizing mailing lists based on postal and/or client requirements, removing duplicates and bad addresses and performing merge/purge of duplicates. Jean analyzes and segments client and prospect data files and helps generate campaign package reports for clients in order to track the recency, frequency, quantity and results.

As a member of the S&W production team, Jean works with all of our clients that mail printed appeals, including Cornell Lab of Ornithology, International Campaign of for Tibet and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Prior to joining S&W, Jean served as an intern for the Committee of Seventy and the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia. He has also worked in the inventory and maintenance department at Presby’s Inspired Life (Jenkintown, PA).

Jean is a graduate of Lehigh University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
