As a member of the Schultz & Williams Direct Response team, Harmony is responsible for coordinating all work-in-progress for client projects including: generating client schedules, maintaining project plans and timelines, editing and reviewing creative deliverables, and communicating with clients and other S&W departments to ensure all deadlines are met on task, on time and on budget.

Harmony’s chief role as associate account executive is account coordination and management. She assists the account executive with strategy development and generating revenue by improving clients’ fundraising effectiveness in their direct mail and online communications.

Harmony works with clients across several sectors including ­­- The Planetary Society (Pasadena, CA), International Campaign for Tibet (Washington D.C.), Children’s Wisconsin Foundation (Milwaukee, WI) and National Aquarium (Baltimore, MD).

Prior to joining S&W, Harmony worked for The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia as the box office and administration manager and as a free-lance musician. She graduated from Temple University in 2016 with a Masters degree in Music with supplementary coursework in nonprofit management.
