As a member of the Schultz & Williams Direct Response team, Gaia is responsible for campaign execution through direct mail, email and online channels.

Her responsibilities include campaign planning; reviewing and editing copy for effective messaging and accuracy; overseeing the design editing process; and serving as a daily contact for clients and creative staff. Gaia supports the account and project teams for zoo and aquarium clients, including National Aquarium, New England Aquarium, Shedd Aquarium and Conservation Society of California/Oakland Zoo.

Previously, Gaia worked on S&W’s Development team as project coordinator. Gaia coordinated work with clients and acts as support for project managers serving consultants who help nonprofits with campaign planning and implementation, annual and major gift fundraising, development assessments and planning and Board enhancement and training.

Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Gaia held positions at the National Museum of American Jewish History and the School District of Philadelphia where she managed social media accounts, wrote e-newsletters and edited annual programming reports.

Gaia graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in English, a minor in Public Relations and a certificate in Business Writing and Publishing.
