As a member of the Schultz & Williams direct response team, Gaia is responsible for campaign execution through direct mail, email, and online channels.
Her responsibilities include campaign planning, reviewing and editing copy for effective messaging and accuracy, overseeing the design editing process, and serving as a daily contact for clients and creative staff.
Previously, Gaia worked on S&W’s development team as a project coordinator. Gaia coordinated work with clients and supported project managers serving consultants who help nonprofits with campaign planning and implementation, annual and major gift fundraising, development assessments and planning, and board enhancement and training.
Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Gaia held positions at the National Museum of American Jewish History and the School District of Philadelphia, where she managed social media accounts, wrote e-newsletters, and edited annual programming reports.

Gaia graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in English, a minor in Public Relations and a certificate in Business Writing and Publishing.
