As a Project Manager on the Schultz & Williams development team, Dominique assists consultants by coordinating projects and providing administrative support. Her current clients include ECRI Institute, JEVS, Fairmount Water Works and Burlington County Historical Society.

Dominique values service-oriented work. Before joining Schultz & Williams, she served as a volunteer in Jinja, Uganda through a community-based organization called Hands of Grace Africa. During her time in Uganda, she led women empowerment workshops for widows in the villages of Jinja. Some of the workshop topics included: lessons on self-esteem, business planning, causes of poverty and fundamentals of entrepreneurship. While in Uganda, Dominique spearheaded Hands of Grace Africa’s fundraising efforts to support the education and health needs of more than 250 orphans and vulnerable children in the villages of Jinja.

Dominique’s early experience in the nonprofit sector stems from her work with The Fresh Air Fund, City Year Philadelphia, and YouthBuild Philadelphia. Through her work with The Fresh Air Fund, she led groups of girls from the boroughs of New York City through a summer of outdoor learning centered around teambuilding and self-respect. As a City Year corps member, Dominique worked at Universal Institute Charter School as a mentor and tutor for an eighth-grade homeroom where she worked to improve students’ behavior, attendance, literacy and math skills. At YouthBuild Charter School, she instructed more than 200 students in the areas of customer service, business administration and professional skills.

Dominique graduated from Cheyney University with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies. She also holds a master’s degree in Higher Education and a master’s degree in Communications, both from Drexel University.
