As a project manager for the S&W Development team, Catherine Mullen serves as the point of contact for clients, coordinating a range of fundraising and campaign projects for the firm’s leadership and senior consultants. In her role, Catherine ensures that deliverables meet timelines and the quality of her team’s work meets the highest standards of performance. Currently, she is managing a fundraising operations assessment and development plan project for Saint John’s Hospice in Philadelphia.

Catherine recently graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine where she was a double major in economics and sociology. During her time at Bates, she was actively involved in the Office of Admissions working as a student greeter and tour guide. She was a varsity team captain in college, a Big Brothers Big Sisters of America mentor, and an alumni representative for her high school’s annual fund giving program.

Catherine is passionate about the nonprofit sector and thrilled to be working to help our clients achieve their mission-driven goals.
