As a member of the Schultz & Williams Direct Response team, Caroline focuses her efforts on account management from her base in San Francisco. This includes coordinating all work-in-progress and tracking development of membership and fundraising campaigns for a range of nonprofit clients. Caroline is responsible for maintaining project plans and timelines as well as providing creative strategy and review of creative packages.

Caroline works with clients in multiple sectors, including Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Fox Chase Cancer Center and several children’s hospitals, e.g. Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Children’s National Health System (Washington, D.C.) and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital (Palo Alto, CA).

Prior to joining S&W, Caroline worked as a marketing manager for Dave Magrogan Group, a hospital management company in the Philadelphia area.

Caroline graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and public relations.
