Director, Direct Marketing Operations

Overview

Sarah ensures that the highest quality control standards are maintained for all Schultz & Williams direct response accounts. Sarah is responsible for oversight of the production and lettershop process for all S&W Direct division clients. She supervises the completion of timely, cost-effective, and high-quality campaigns for every Direct client. Sarah also manages the internal schedule of all Direct Response jobs and works closely with account and production staff to execute each campaign.

Sarah began her career at S&W in 2010 as an account coordinator and was responsible for the execution of direct marketing strategies for key accounts. She later moved into a traffic manager role, helping to create, maintain, and improve key processes across all direct response functions.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Sarah worked with the special events team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Foundation and as a Traditions Program assistant in the Annual Fund Office at Drexel University.
