University of Pennsylvania

We turned to Schultz & Williams during a period of transition in one of our professional schools at the University. Kathy Watson came in as Interim Director of Development and hit the ground running, ensuring that our annual fund, planned giving and alumni relations programs were maintained while providing strategic input into our major gift initiatives. She built strong internal relationships with faculty, administration and development colleagues throughout the University. Most significantly, Kathy gained the trust and respect of the School's volunteer Board of Overseers, allowing them to focus more effectively on their role as advocates for the School.
