Michelle Eisenberg, Consultant – Michelle Eisenberg brings to clients skills and talents in fundraising, program development, and strategic and operational planning. She has contributed to the growth and development of cultural and educational organizations in their founding stage and in transition. Her clients at Schultz & Williams have included the Lower Merion Library System, Friends of Valley Forge Park, Souderton Area School District, and the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.

Michelle began her career as part of the development team at the National Constitution Center. She helped the organization grow from a small start-up into the major museum that opened on Philadelphia's Independence Mall in 2003. As the Director of Foundation and Corporate Support, she cultivated, solicited and stewarded donors for the $77 million private capital campaign and the Center’s post-opening operating fund. She worked with educational staff to develop signature programs for K-12 students and teachers, and managed the development office's information management, donor recognition, and communications functions. Michelle served as the staff liaison to the Center's Nominating & Governance Committee, and was a lead staff writer for the Center’s president, chairman, and trustees.

Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, she served as Associate Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Michelle worked to build cross-disciplinary academic collaborations and partnerships with the business community. During her tenure, Temple’s entrepreneurship program was ranked among the top 10 in the nation by Entrepreneur Magazine.

Michelle holds an MBA from Temple University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Her current and past community participation includes leadership roles with Hadassah of Greater Philadelphia and the Women’s MBA Network.
