Debora Lee Clower, Senior Associate –Debora Lee Clower brings to Schultz & Williams more than two decades of development and marketing experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, both as an employee and as a highly engaged volunteer. Her skills in Board development, her collaborative style and her success as a peer-to-peer fundraiser have helped build numerous sustainable fundraising programs. At the Agnes Irwin School (Rosemont, PA), Debbie served as Interim Director of Annual Giving Programs. She helped develop and launch The Parents’ Fund Council, a new program designed to engage a leadership group of parents in both raising funds and building relationships. Prior to that, she was an active Agnes Irwin Board member, serving as Chair of the Development Committee and as a member of the governance and capital projects committees. She is known for facilitating discussion-based, interactive meetings that deepen volunteer engagement. Debbie has held a variety of positions for companies and organizations in the Philadelphia and New York regions, including Director of Special Events at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, executive search consultant, territory sales manager for a successful apparel business and corporate marketing account manager. A graduate of Skidmore College, she serves on their Presidential Advisory Council and is a former alumni class president. She is a past Board member of the Please Touch Museum. Debbie and her husband have three daughters and live in Bryn Mawr. |
