SRHA hired Schultz & Williams (S&W) to facilitate a strategic planning process that would help the organization achieve its mission: connecting residents, visitors and communities to the Schuylkill River and the Schuylkill River Trail.
Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, Arizona engaged the Schultz & Williams team of Rick Biddle, Rick Barongi and Eileen Hillman to help draft a strategic business plan and define a new governance model.
“Mental Health Partnerships engaged Schultz & Williams (S&W) to support the development of a Strategic Plan in the winter of 2017. Our primary reason for selecting S&W is that their process enables all levels of our organization and Board to collaborate on the creation of this important plan. Jill Macauley and Catherine Grace did a magnificent job, immersing themselves into our work and culture. They proved to be incredibly skilled facilitators whether with executive staff, Board members or direct services staff. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our work with S&W. As one very long-tenured leader in our organization stated at one of our planning meetings, This was the best strategic planning process I was ever involved in my 25 years at Mental Health Partnerships!”

“It is always hard to know, when seeking a new vendor, which one will serve you best. In some ways, you’re always flying blind. That is why we were so surprised and delighted to find Schultz and Williams, as we sought an organizational and development consultant for our nonprofit start-up. As it turned out – a full year later – we couldn’t have been more pleased with the knowledge, commitment and hard-work of our S&W representatives. And more than that, the chemistry between them and ourselves was everything we could have hoped for. They were intelligent, good humored and experienced in the needed areas. It was as if we had found two new fully committed staff persons for our enterprise.”
– Rick Boardman, Co-founder & Executive Director, American Museum of Peace
