S&W Direct has been brought on board to conduct a comprehensive analysis of CHOP’s Annual Giving program that will help take it to the next level. The in-depth analysis by S&W Direct will be designed to optimize: organizational investments and growth, Annual Giving program efficiency, net return and overall donor-file health with a central focus on identifying areas of opportunity over the short, medium and long term.

In addition to data-mining and analysis, S&W Direct will work with CHOP to develop achievable benchmarks, identify focus audiences, and ultimately, develop a strategic plan to increase net revenue for the Annual Giving program now and for the future.
