Hogle Zoo
The Hogle Zoo faced a number of strategic and operational challenges. The Zoo’s leadership faced the pressure of deciding whether to re-locate the zoo or grow in its current location. It needed to clearly assess its options, impacts, and potential outcomes of these changes.
