Jessica Harrington, Vice President. Jessica Harrington is recognized in the direct response industry for her strong and diverse background in direct marketing for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. She has formulated strategies to increase net income, boost frequency of giving and improve retention (more). Erica Avery, Graphic Designer. For more than thirty years, Erica has been designing distinctive print materials that have reflected and achieved marketing and fundraising goals (more). Mike DiBiase, Production Assistant. Mike is the newest addition to the S&W Direct team. As Production Assistant, Mike works closely with Mary Schultz, the Production Manager, to review production specifications and bid out creative, print and lettershop components to prospective vendors; produce purchase orders for all vendors; estimate and reconcile postage for each mailing; create database worksheets for each project and input costs; reconcile vendor invoices with original quotes; and produce client invoices and post actual project costs for reports. Mike is a 2007 graduate of Neumann College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Dell Fascione, Marketing and Communications. Dell Fascione brings 26 years of nonprofit marketing and membership experience to Schultz & Williams through her hands-on management and senior level positions held at some of Philadelphia’s top cultural destinations. Her experience ranges from copywriting and production management of marketing materials (more). Laura Webster Esposito, Creative Director. Since 1989, Laura Esposito has served Schultz & Williams clients as creative director and direct response copywriter. Laura has written direct response mail and TV and radio ads for many S&W clients including the American Film Institute, the American Museum of Natural History, (more). Bryan Park, Account Assistant. Bryan brings to Schultz & Williams strong organizational and management skills acquired through five years in the nonprofit sector. He has experience in database and project management. As the account assistant, Bryan develops mail plans for direct mail membership and fundraising campaigns, oversees the scheduling of all direct mail and collateral material projects, facilitates team and client communications and manages the administrative services for all of S&W Direct’s clients. Bryan holds a bachelor's degree from Wheaton College (IL). Samantha Prestia, Account Executive. As Account Executive, Samantha manages the day-to-day activities for S&W Direct including direct mail campaigns, website development and online communications. She manages the full-scope of a project from creative to fulfillment (more). Mary Schultz, Production Manager. Mary Schultz joined the Schultz & Williams team in 2001 and oversees and manages the full-production capabilities of S&W’s services. (more). Melissa Weigel, Account Coordinator. Melissa’s experience in the nonprofit sector ranges from front office administrative responsibilities to managing and executing event-based fundraising activities for large-scale charitable organizations (more). Becky Zahrly, Senior Membership Consultant. Becky brings more than 13 years of communications and membership experience to Schultz & Williams. As a result of her previous roles as director of membership and annual giving for the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association and membership manager at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle, Becky offers specialized skills and many years of relevant experience to S&W’s high-profile membership-based direct response clients (more). |
National Council of Negro Women (NCNW)
In 2003, NCNW’s membership program was at a crossroads. With only 35% of its members renewing each year and limited opportunities available for members to support NCNW, its membership base was struggling to reach its fundraising potential.
