We’re pleased to announce that Victoria Carbone has been promoted from production coordinator to production manager, serving our entire multi-channel direct response team. On a day-to-day basis, Victoria serves as the liaison between our account teams and external vendors providing print and lettershop instructions for numerous fundraising and membership campaigns. She reviews and verifies production specifications for direct mail packages and ensures that all project deadlines are met.
Working on more than 30 client projects at any point in time, our direct response team relies heavily on Victoria’s expertise, and that of her production coordinator, to manage the entire production process. End result: accurate, timely, efficient campaign implementation.
Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Victoria served as the assistant to the new athletics director at Villanova University, helping him during his transition period. She also contributed to the planning and execution the 2016 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship events.
Victoria is an alumna of Villanova University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and public relations.
